Continued cooperation with medical staff of Dutch Olympic Committee and Dutch Sports Federation

Oct 26, 2018

Since the Olympic Games in London in 2012, Nea International has been working with the medical staff of the Dutch Olympic Committee and Dutch Sports Federation. This cooperative venture has recently been extended for the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2020.

Since the Olympic Games in London in 2012, it has been possible for a large group top athletes of TeamNL to order free ankle, knee, hand/wrist, shoulder, thumb or back braces from Nea International. Many studies have shown that using an ankle brace substantially reduces the chance of sustaining an ankle injury.

The cooperation with the medical staff of the Dutch Olympic Committee and Dutch Sports Federation has recently been extended to the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020. TeamNL top athletes with an A selection or HP-status qualify for a free brace up until that time and can order a maximum of three braces per year.

Nea is really pleased that this cooperative venture is to continue and hopes that the Push and Push Sports braces will allow TeamNL to put in some excellent performances.
